WARD started his journey as a documentary photographer in South Africa, evolving his inventive aesthetic to moving image where he experiments with a rich collage of fantastically gripping visuals, most notably showcased in his iconic film for African Surf brand Mamiwata “Luck is Alive”.
Now a well established voice in filmmaking, working with top talent from the worlds of sports and entertainment, Ward has earned high profile collaborations with clients who seek a truly authentic representation of culture. These include campaigns for the likes of Adidas, Puma, New Balance, Nike, Guinness, Hyundai, Corona and Volkswagen.
